Shipping

We only ship to within the United States. No international orders.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping for 1-2 discs: $4.99
• Shipping for 3 or more discs: $7.99
• Any disc added after the third incurs no further shipping costs.
• Additional shipping charges may apply for other non-disc products or multi-disc sets.

Free Shipping

• Orders with a subtotal exceeding $40 qualify for free shipping within the United States. (Please note that taxes and shipping upgrades are excluded from this total.)

Special Considerations

• Additional charges may be necessary for large items shipping to Hawaii and Alaska.

Shipping Methods

• Standard orders are dispatched via USPS or UPS.
• Standard shipping typically takes 2-12 business days for delivery.
• Shipping times vary depending on your proximity to South Carolina and major mail centers. For customers near South Carolina, delivery is estimated at approximately 2-5 days. Customers on the west coast may expect delivery in 6-10 days with standard shipping.
• Large orders, such as baskets and backpack-style bags, are usually shipped via UPS ground and may be drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer. UPS requires a physical street address as they cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Processing Time

• We take pride in our prompt order processing.
• Standard orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days, unless there are exceptional circumstances such as holidays, large releases, or pending responses due to order errors.
• Please be aware that USPS does not operate on federal holidays, resulting in packages being received by the shipping courier on the subsequent business day.
• Kindly note that weekends and holidays may extend shipping times, hence our estimates are based on “business days.” Shipping durations may be longer for orders bound for Hawaii or Alaska.

Return Policy

All sales are final. Once products have been shipped, no refunds will be issued. Orders are fulfilled to the best of our ability, but please understand that discrepancies may occur.

If you receive the wrong product and wish to exchange it:

• Reach out to us at [email protected]
• Do not use or alter the disc in any way.
• The disc must be in new condition for return.

Your return options are as follows:

• Hold onto the unused disc until the correct one arrives.
• Return the unused disc using the provided prepaid return shipping label.

OR

• Keep the disc. If the disc you received is of lesser value than the one you purchased, we will refund the difference. If it’s of greater value, consider it an upgrade on us!

Disc Weight

Refunds, returns, or replacements are not provided for discs that weigh differently than their labeled weight.

Disc Color

Color discrepancies may occur, especially with brightly colored or strongly hued discs. This can be due to digital imaging sensor limitations.
